At Mazeix, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you're delighted with your purchase. That's why we offer a straightforward return policy.

If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations or has a defect in the material or print, you have up to 7-10  days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To get a refund: The item must be unworn, unwashed, unchanged and should be in original packaging; otherwise, we can't refund you.

At Mazeix, we strive to deliver products purchased in an excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns.
  • Though, we accept exchanges, FREE of COST.
  • Exchange within 7-10 days

General Guidelines:

  • It takes maximum 7-10 working days to deliver the product in the best condition.
  • You have 15 days from the time of arrival of your package to place a request for exchange.
  • To be eligible for exchange, the products should not be used, washed or dirty and must be in its original condition. The product must also be in its original undamaged Mazeix box with all tags attached. 
  • If you receive a damaged or defective good or partial order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please drop us a mail at help@mazeix.com with the image of the product and the description.
  • Sale of all discounted items are final. No sales item would be exchanged.
  • You can only exchange the order once.
  • Exchanges are free in India, just send us an e-mail at help@mazeix.com
    Please make sure you have the following information on the email-
    • Order Number
    • Product Name/Style Code
    • Registered E-mail ID
    • Reason for returns

Once you receive a reply from us, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging and tags. To be eligible for exchange, the products should not be used, washed or dirty and must be in its original condition. The product must also be in its original undamaged Mazeix box with all tags attached.

Can I cancel my order?

We’re really sorry, you cannot cancel the order once it has been placed.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, no changes can be made to it.

What are my payment methods?

We offer the following options for payment,

  • Debit cards

Is my order eligible for COD?

Yes, the orders are eligible for COD.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
  • You can also find your tracking number by logging into your MAZEIX account.

Why is my order taking so long?

We endeavor to deliver orders within 7-10 business days. The Delivery time may increase during special offers and sales period. We provide free deliveries. If your order is taking more than 10 days, please feel free to contact us at: help@mazeix.com

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Orders will be delivered to you within 7 Business Days.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, at this moment we are not shipping overseas

How can I get my order faster?

Yes, you can get your order delivered to you faster at an additional cost.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We do not accept any returns, we only do exchanges, and that too only once on an 

order.

Can I return my product?

No, we’re really sorry, we do not accept return requests, we only provide exchanges.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do provide exchanges within 15 days of the delivery of the order.

Till what time period can I apply for the return?

You have 15 days from the time of arrival of your package to place a request for exchange.

How can I place the request for an exchange?

You can simply drop us a mail at help@mazeix.com. Please make sure you have the following information on the email-

  • Order Number
  • Product Name/Style Code
  • Registered E-mail ID
  • Reason for returns

When are exchange not possible?

Exchanges are not possible if the item has been used, washed or is dirty. Also, the sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Are exchanges free?

Yes, the exchange procedure is totally free of cost. Also, we provide exchanges only once on an order.

How long does an exchange process take?

Once we get the confirmation of pickup of product from your address from our courier partner, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement product from our end. The entire process will take around 7-10 business days. We will keep you posted.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened if the item you have returned is used, damaged, dirty or original tags are missing. For further details, please drop us a mail at help@mazeix.com

Why did the pick-up of my product fail?

Our courier partner makes three attempts to pick up the item, if the items are not picked up in the third attempt, pick up request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new request if item meets the return criteria and is within the specified exchange period

Can I exchange the sale item?

Sorry, we do not provide exchange facility on sale items.

How do I check the status of my exchange?

You can check the status of your exchange on our website through your Order ID. We will also keep you posted about the same on e-mails

PRICES/PROMO CODES/SALES

Do you charge GST?

Yes, we do charge 18% GST as per the Government Guidelines.

Why doesn’t my promo code work?

  • Promo codes can only be applied to full price items, not on sale items.
  • Once a promo code is used, it cannot be used again for another order.
  • Promo codes are non-transferable.

Can I use promo code for sale items?

Sorry, you cannot use the promo code on sale items.

Do you offer any first time user discounts?

On occasion, we may offer discounts for new users. Sign up for our email list for exclusive access to discounts and offers.

Can I return/exchange sale items?

No, we do not accept exchange requests on the discounted items.
